Not much news happening on the Red Deer front. Just waiting for winter to be over (hahahahaha like that's going to happen soon here), so I can decide if I'll be in perminent retirement here or head for the far east (N.B.) to take up residence there.
On the English Front - no news about baby Lisa, guess she hasn't learned anything new in the past month, but here are a few of my favorate pictures.:
(CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE)Finally back in Alberta (January 5th actually) to lovely Alberta winter! It is snowing pretty much every day with temperatures dipping to -30C and -40C.
What happened to the old adage if it is COLD is doesn't SNOW? Alberta obviously opted out.
Since my return I have been catching up on 3 months worth of correspondence and staying indoors, mainly because when I go outside I have to clean inches of snow off my car and dress up in far too many layers to be comfortable, and still come back with frozen feet and hands - just can't get enough layers there.
While away I was able to enjoy a fair amount of time my new granddaughter Lisa, what a little cutie and she is growing like a weed, much to the chagrin of her Chinese grandmother, Lisa has our family genes.
Lisa is 3 months old now and has been teething for a month, no teeth yet - just a pile of drool! She doesn't seem interested in rolling over - seems to prefer to attempt to sit up and is doing plenty of "crunches" to improve the abs!
I will try and be more diligent in updating my sight, so you know what is going on and where I am and what is happening.
